How it works

Arranging care can feel like a big step. Here is what happens, from the first phone call to care starting. Call us or request a call back. We visit you at home, free and with no obligation. We agree a care plan together. You meet your carers before care starts. Care begins, and we review it regularly.

What we help with

We provide a range of care services, each tailored to the person. You can choose one or combine several. Personal care, companionship, dementia care, respite care, live-in care, overnight care, medication support and help around the home.

We are regulated by the CQC. Each area has a named manager you can reach directly, not a call centre. We think about who will be a good fit, and you meet your carer before care starts.
